White coffee flower blooming

A white flower opens for about three days

Once a year the whole farm goes white and smells like jasmine. Every bean in every bag started here.

Ripe coffee cherries

The flower becomes fruit, and the fruit takes months

Cherries ripen unevenly across the slope, so they are picked by hand, pass by pass, only when they are red.

Coffee farm in the mountains

Depulped and washed with mountain water

The fruit is removed and the seed is fermented and rinsed clean. Washed process, every lot.

Coffee drying in the sun

Dried in open air until it holds

Parchment is spread out and turned by hand under the sun until the moisture is right.

Who is on the mountain

Good coffee first.
Good jobs, always.

The farm employs pickers, processors and drivers from the community around it. They are not a story we tell to sell bags — they are the reason there is anything in the bag. We would rather you buy this coffee because it tastes good, and then find out the rest.
